Abstract:


Human resources are the main resource in organizations. The remaining assets would not be worth much without them. This research seeks to show the relationship between the person and the organization to help human resource managers. The study population includes 640 employees of Dey Bank. Cochran’s method was used to estimate the sample and the sampling method was simple random. The required sample size was 222 people. This research used a researcher-made questionnaire whose reliability was provided by Cronbach’s alpha. The data analysis was performed using SPSS software and multivariate regression test and descriptive statistics were used. According to the results, the level of employees’ expectations from Dey Bank and their job satisfaction is at the desired level. There was also a significant relationship between Dey Bank employees’ satisfaction with their expectations of their salaries and their expectations of the organization’s incentives. There was a significant relationship between the level of thinking of Dey Bank employees about leaving their organization and the level of peace of mind when attending the bank and their expectations from the physical environment.

مهدی اخوان ثالث (۱۲۹۶ – ۱۳۴۵) یکی از برجسته‌ترین شاعران و نویسندگان ایرانی در قرن بیستم بود. او از مؤسسان ادبیات معاصر ایران و بنیانگذاران جنبش شعر نوین فارسی به شمار می‌رود.

او در تهران به دنیا آمد و تحصیلات ابتدایی خود را در مدرسه دانشوران به پایان رساند. سپس به سوی فرانسه رفت و در آنجا در رشته‌های فلسفه و ادبیات تحصیل کرد. با بازگشت به ایران، به طور مداوم در فعالیت های ادبی شرکت کرد و اشعار زیبا و پر معنایی را خلق کرد.

شعرهای او به زبان ساده و قابل فهم برای مردم بود و با شیوه‌ای تازه و نو در حوزه شعر ایرانی به شهرت و محبوبیت بسیاری دست یافت. در آثار او، مسائل مختلف اجتماعی، فلسفی، اخلاقی و روان‌شناسی را مطرح کرده و از شعر به عنوان ابزاری برای تأمل و انعکاس بر روی زندگی و دنیای پیرامون استفاده کرد.

با توجه به نوع شعر او، اخوان ثالث برای بسیاری از شاعران نسل خود و نسل‌های بعدی مانند فروغ فرخزاد و سیمین بهبهانی، الگویی و الهام بخش بوده است. آثار و شعرهای او بسیار زیادی هستند که در این میان می‌توان به “هشت صبح”، “آتش بازی”، “شبی که می‌میرم” و “دریا و گل” اشاره کرد.

مهدی اخوان ثالث، شاعر، نویسنده، پژوهشگر، و فعال سیاسی بود که در سال ۱۳۰۴ در شهر تهران به دنیا آمد. وی در دوران نوجوانی به علت علاقه‌مندی شدید به ادبیات، شعر نوشتن را شروع کرد. اخوان ثالث تحصیلات خود را در دانشگاه تهران و دانشگاه اروپایی‌ها به پایان رساند. وی در دوران تحصیلی خود علاقه زیادی به زبان و ادبیات فارسی، عربی، انگلیسی و فرانسوی داشت.

اخوان ثالث در سال ۱۳۳۰ با نشر اولین کتاب شعر خود با نام «آواز آتشین» به شهرت رسید. این کتاب با استقبال عمومی روبرو شد و موجب شناخت بیشتر از این شاعر بزرگ شد. او در دوران فعالیت هنری خود، بیش از ۲۰ کتاب شعر منتشر کرد و به عنوان یکی از شاعران بزرگ قرن بیستم شناخته شد.

او به عنوان یکی از فعالان سیاسی در دوران پهلوی دوم نیز شناخته می‌شد. او به دلیل اعتقادات خود در حوزه دموکراسی و حقوق بشر درگیر مشکلات زیادی با نظام قرار گرفت و در طول زندگی خود، بارها بازداشت و حبس شد.

از دیگر فعالیت‌های مهدی اخوان ثالث، می‌توان به تدوین دستورالعمل‌های آموزشی در حوزه ادبیات و شعر فارسی اشاره کرد. وی با تلاش‌های خود موفق شد این دستورالعمل‌ها را تدوین کرده و برای استفاده در آموزش و پرورش به دستگاه‌های آموزشی ارائه دهد. از دیگر کارهای او می‌توان به ترجمه کتاب‌های مختلف از ادبیات جهان و همچنین نگارش مقالات و مطالعات در حوزه شعر و ادبیات اشاره کرد.

با این وجود، اخوان ثالث در طول زندگی خود با مشکلات زیادی درگیر شد. او در دوران نیمه دوم دهه ۵۰ به دلیل دفاع از حقوق بشر و دموکراسی، بازداشت و به زندان فرستاده شد. همچنین در دهه ۶۰ به دلیل فعالیت در حوزه مبارزه با استعمار، از سوی دولت فرانسه محاکمه و به حبس ابد محکوم شد.

علاوه بر فعالیت‌های ادبی و فرهنگی، او به عنوان یکی از فعالان سیاسی و اجتماعی در دوران پیش از انقلاب ایران فعالیت می‌کرد. اخوان ثالث در دهه ۱۳۴۰ به عضویت حزب مردم‌گرایی پیوست و در این حزب فعالیت‌های سیاسی و روزنامه‌نگاری را انجام داد. او در انتخابات مجلس شورای ملی سال ۱۳۴۴ نیز به عنوان نماینده تهران انتخاب شد.

اخوان ثالث در دهه ۱۳۵۰ به دلیل نظرات خود درباره حکومت شاه و سیاست‌های آن، با مشکلاتی مواجه شد. در این دوران، او بارها بازداشت و زندانی شد و از فعالیت‌های سیاسی محروم شد. اما با وجود این مشکلات، او همچنان به فعالیت‌های ادبی خود ادامه داد و آثار بسیاری را در این زمینه خلق کرد.

در دهه ۱۳۶۰، اخوان ثالث با وجود اعتراضات شدید مردم به حکومت پهلوی، به شدت به دولت ایران و سیاست‌های آن معترض شد. در سال ۱۳۶۶، وی به عنوان یکی از اعضای شورای ملی ایران انتخاب شد و در اینجا به فعالیت‌های سیاسی خود ادامه داد. اخوان ثالث همچنین در اعتراضات سراسری سال ۱۳۵۷ و انقلاب ۱۳۵۷ در ایران نیز فعال بود.

مهدی اخوان ثالث در سال ۱۳۴۵ در یکی از شب‌های زمستانی در شهر تهران درگذشت. علت مرگ او سکته قلبی بود. او در آخرین روزهای زندگی خود درگیر مشکلات جسمانی بود و برای درمان به کلینیک رفته بود، اما متاسفانه در اثر سکته قلبی در بیمارستان درگذشت.

مهدی اخوان ثالث در سن ۶۱ سالگی به دنیا رفت. در زندگی اش، به عنوان یک شاعر برجسته و اندیشمند بزرگ، موفق به خلق اشعاری بسیار زیبا و پرمعنا بود و به یکی از مهم‌ترین نمایندگان شعر نوین فارسی تبدیل شد.
