First Place Achievement in Iran’s Robotics Championship with Innovative Drone Crisis Management System

Our project won first place in the national robotics competition.
The theme of our work was crisis management using drones and image processing.
This major event was organized by the Iran Electronic Sports Association in collaboration with the Tehran Municipality.
The competition brought together top teams from across the country to showcase innovative robotic solutions.
The final stage was held at Rezvan Mall, where we presented our project and achieved the top ranking.

Gold Medal - Abo-Alisina - Iran

We participated in the Abo-Alisina Inventions and Innovations Competition and were awarded first place along with the gold medal. This prestigious competition featured over 250 top projects and ideas from across Iran, which were evaluated by the National Elites Foundation and esteemed faculty members of Abo-Alisina University.

Our project, titled "Concrete Mixture Design Using Image Processing and Artificial Intelligence," achieved first place after rigorous assessment by experts.

This event is recognized and endorsed by the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology, as well as the National Elites Foundation, and holds significant credibility at the national level.

TEKNOFEST - Turkish Patent

TEKNOFEST is a highly prestigious technology and innovation festival that brings together participants from all over the world to compete in fields like robotics, AI, aerospace, and sustainability. Winning an award at this festival is a significant recognition of one's ability to innovate and address complex problems using advanced technologies.

My project, "Stone material grading system in concrete mixing for construction sites using image processing and machine learning," showcases an advanced solution for the construction industry. By automating the grading of stone materials with AI, my system improves efficiency and accuracy in concrete mixing, contributing to better construction outcomes. Winning the gold medal at TEKNOFEST 2024 is a remarkable achievement, highlighting the impact of my work in advancing construction technology.

This competition attracted over 2 million visitors and was held over four days in Adana, Turkey.

Gold Medal - Switzerland

The Swiss Ideas and Innovations Competition was held in Switzerland from August 16 to 18, 2024, with the participation of more than 1,000 inventions from 40 different countries. All inventions were reviewed and rated by IFIA (International Federation of Inventors Associations) international judges.

The invention of "concrete mixing design presentation system for construction workshops based on artificial intelligence technology" which was developed by three professors of the Islamic Azad University of Karaj branch and members of the Engineering System Organization of Alborz province (Dr. Reza Jamalpour, Dr. Mehdi Akhwan, and Dr. Amir Hossein Jamalpour) succeeded in Winning the gold medal in this competition became globally prestigious.

This invention has already been registered in the intellectual and intellectual property organization WIPO and the Intellectual Property Office of the Islamic Republic of Iran under the numbers PCT/IB2023/052047 and 140150340003002107, respectively.

Title of the invention: Fuzzy logic logic controlling and monitoring system for testing and uploading the program of industrial robots

Mahdi Akhavan won a gold medal and a special award of the Turkish Inventors' Association at the Dubai DIS 2023 International Festival of Inventions and Innovations by presenting the Fuzzy Logic Logic Controlling and Monitoring System design for testing and uploading the industrial robot program. This international event is under the supervision of WIIPA and with the support of many universities and scientific centers, including the University of Bucharest, Turkey, Romania, etc., with the participation of 165 teams from 21 countries, including England, Canada, Germany, Poland, Romania, Egypt, Croatia, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Iraq, Turkey, Taiwan, Qatar, Cambodia, India, Iran, etc., were held on December 16 and 17, 2023 at the Etihad Museum in Dubai. In this event, prominent universities of the country, including Tehran, Medical Sciences of Tehran and Tabriz and Iran, Shahid Beheshti, Islamic Azad, Isfahan Industrial University, Applied Scientific University, etc., were present.
